Dessert 101: How To Make Mango-Pandan Salad
Days more to
go and it’s Christmas! And when we say Christmas, it’s always been associated
with food especially desserts. Perhaps you already have in mind the things that
you are going to prepare for this occasion. I was thinking that this would be a perfect time for me to share the recipe
of my favorite dessert. Maybe you can try this one out and add this recipe on your list. This
dessert is very affordable, very easy to do and of course very delicious.
Ingredients:
2 packs Jelly
Powder Mix Buko-Pandan Flavor
2 cans
Condensed Milk (Big)
1 pouch All
Purpose Cream
1 can Evaporated Milk (Big)
¼ kl White
Sugar
1 kl Ripe
Mangoes
Procedure:
- Cook the jelly according to the packaging. I always add ¼ kl white sugar because I want the jelly to be sweet.
- Place in the molder, let it cool completely.
- Cut the pandan jelly and mangoes into cubes.
- In a bowl, combine the jelly and mangoes together. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, combine the cream, condensed milk and evap.
- Then pour the mixture to the jelly and mango combination.
- Mix thoroughly. Chill
Good luck and enjoy! Happy Holidays!

I Just Felt Lucky This 12/12/12
Today, I
just felt the luck that 12/12/12 brings because it’s my first time to write on
my blog thus, making this my first ever post. This date will become a most
memorable one for me on this blog and I just hope that this will bring more
luck and good things to me.
I will be
sharing things on this blog that will be worth reading and worth learning. Writing has been my passion aside from doing
designs. I just wanted to write all the things that I felt worth sharing. I
will be sharing my good and bad experiences here, of being a wife, a mother, a
daughter, a friend and just everything else. I will also be sharing some of my
recipes, my cooking adventures and experimentation. So you better watch all
these things out here in my blog. I will make sure that you will be enjoying and
it will be worth reading.
Thank you
for reading my first post and hoping you will come again to stop by very soon.
Charmingly
Yours,
Charina
